This page is for vendors that have been approved by the GII Events Committee only. Paying for a vendor table allows you space for your company to sell and/or display your goods or services at the GII Backyard Boogie on one or both days:
- August 8, 2025 at the Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf, MD. Vendor tables must be open and available by noon.
- August 9, 2025 at the Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf, MD. The races occur from 8am-3pm. You may set up your table anytime after 7am.
This event will occur rain or shine. Please be advised that there is no electricity available at your table location. You must bring everything you need for your station to include a tent, table, chairs and any decoration or supplies that you need to make your table efficient.
We will send out the specific information regarding the logistics closer to the event date.
